Our Return Policy Was Updated July 29th, 2023.
We have a 14-day return for store credit policy. Which means you have 14 days from the day your order was delivered to return to us FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
To be eligible for a return for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.
To start a return, you must contact us at shopfredandfaye@gmail.com with your order number and reason you are returning. Please note, we do not provide free shipping return labels, you will need to cover the expense of shipping back. From there you will be provided with instructions on how to return.
Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email with your store credit after the return has been processed.

Damages and issues
Upon receipt, please inspect your order upon and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right!
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on the same item in a different size - if the item is currently in stock. If you choose to exchange your item for another size, consider placing your new order on our website before mailing back your item to ensure it does not sell out! All exchanges must be made within 14 days of when your order was delivered and are processed the same way a return is processed. After you send back your original item you are exchanging we will then process your return and initiate you store credit via email.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will not accept returns or exchanges for any items that:

Show evidence of wear, including perfumes

Have been washed or professionally laundered

Do not have the Fred and Faye tag attached

Was purchased with a store credit (partial or full)

Is an bralette, sleepwear, or bodysuit

Is a sale item - all sale items are final sale

Any item purchased with a discount of 20% off or higher during any promotion

Jewelry, shoes, and all accessories
